We build relationships. (And amazing technical solutions.)

As ERP experts, we thrive on understanding the deeply technical and how it relates to your business. But what makes us unique is our approach to building relationships – with our clients, our partners, and our people.

We’re all about what’s best for you.

We don’t push specific types of software, and we’re not married to cloud-based or on-site hosting. We assess your needs and goals so we can recommend the right mix of products and services, and are there to guide you all along the way. See our services.

We’ve been around the block a few times.

Through our experience as consultants, we know exactly what clients are looking for – and what employees need to thrive. See select work.

We like to share.

We’re constantly surveying the technological landscape, evaluating what we find, and writing articles and providing resources to share with our community. See our insights.

We’re here when you need us.

We’re known for outstanding response times. We meet or exceed our service KPIs over 95% of the time, and provide support 24-hours a day, seven days a week. See our services.

Our History

ERP-One was founded in 2004 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada by three highly experienced JD Edwards consultants who saw an opportunity to provide better service to people who rely on EnterpriseOne.

As our reputation for being excellent technical consultants grew, our clients asked us to expand to other areas. We embraced the challenge, and evolved into a full-service consultancy, offering functional applications as well as technical solutions.

We’ve always been open and transparent, and as the JD Edwards product matures this is even more important. We’re here to support you with your investment, help you understand the pitfalls, sort through the hype, and advise you on your best options  – now and in the future.
