Nextworld Has Arrived

We have some exciting news to share.For the past several years, our team has been researching the next step for users of JD Edwards. While many of our peers shifted focus to Oracle’s cloud-based solutions, we continued searching for a platform we felt was best for our customers.Based on our research, alignment with our values and culture, and the expertise of both organizations, we are pleased to share that we have now found that solution in Nextworld – JDE founder Ed McVaney’s latest venture.After meeting us and getting to know the ERP-One team, Nextworld felt the same way. We are honoured to say they have chosen us as their first Canadian reseller, and we are excited to be working with this visionary company.

As a company founded by Ed McVaney, Nextworld is privately held and has no need for outside funding. This means their entire focus is on ensuring a customer-focused offering and the highest level of customer service. Nextworld is a SaaS-based ERP company with a no-code development platform. Customizations made on their platform are sustained and merged into upgrades and releases.  This represents an incredible opportunity for customers who love the flexibility and functionality of JDE but are looking to future proof their investment.Not everyone will be ready for Nextworld yet, and we want to assure our customers that we will continue to support JDE for the next several years. Nextworld has early adopters that have already gone live with Financial Applications. Distribution, Job Cost, Real Estate and Manufacturing are in development and will be ready for major release soon.
